4. Message Content Processing

DMHQ temporarily stores a limited portion of recent Instagram message content solely to provide core product features such as collaboration intent detection, conversation summarization, deal organization, and response suggestions.

For each conversation, DMHQ retains only the most recent five (5) messages. Older messages are automatically removed once a summary of the conversation has been generated. Summaries are used only to preserve context for the creator and do not include full message content.

Message content and summaries are never used for advertising, model training, or shared with third parties outside of the services required to deliver DMHQ's features.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure data centers and follow best practices for data protection.
